Pulled down to the last screw first. Powder coating to frame, wheels, front suspension and footrest. Careful review to transmission, carburettors, pistons and engine. Carried cylinder cut and valve replacement. New establishe: steering wheel 10cm wider, speedometer with LED, ignition, classic mirrors, battery box, rear shock absorbers, unique sound by new exhaust, rear lights and good, visible indicators. Seat opens to back side like original BMW design. Made of lightweight mold – trimmed wooden thread and painted the same colour as body of motorcycle. Tank preserves the simplicity of quick removal, access to the entire electricity, battery and couches. Hiding place in the fuel tank coated in beans felt. Frame shortened and bented rear part. Tank, lights and fenders painted in olive mat. Ventus Garage logo on the clipboard case. Engine, cylinders, differential and components were painted with the paint paddles suitable structure of ” lamb ” – often used in Harley Davidson’s. All screws, washers, nuts, ignition switch, battery box, metal parts are made of stainless steel – there is no rust! Heidenau K60 tires: front – 110/80/-18, rear 130/90-18 provides agresive appearance. All bearings replaced to new. Oil in the front suspension and engine, brake fluid, gearbox and differential were flooded with new oil.
